LitCapital įsteigė naują 35M eurų plėtros kapitalo fondą


LitCapital rizikos kapitalo valdymo įmonė įsteigė dar vieną plėtros kapitalo fondą LcX Opportunity Fund, kurio dydis 35 mil. eurų ir pasirašė sutartį su pagrindiniu fondo investuotoju INVEGA, kuri į fondą investuoja 16.2 mil eurų. Naujai įsteigtas fondas investuos į sparčiai augančias Lietuvos įmones.

LitCapital has successfully completed its investment into Audimas AB


LitCapital investment management company has acquired a controlling stake of Audimas AB shares (60%). According to the shareholders' agreement, from now on 92% of Company’s shares will be managed jointly with Mr. Rimvydas Povilaitis, Mr. Arvydas Povilaitis and Mrs. Ona Balžekienė. Raised capital will allow the company to implement ambitious development plans by using additional competences of the new investor.

LitCapital closes a follow-on investment in Medicinos Paslaugų Grupė


LitCapital, a dedicated growth capital investor in the Baltics, has made a follow-on investment in Medicinos Paslaugų Grupė (MPG). MPG is on track in successfully executing its growth strategy. Additional capital will be used to further expand company’s activities in medical diagnostic imaging services business line and support growth of occupational healthcare and vaccination service provider Endemik.


LitCapital successfully exits Brolis Semiconductors


LitCapital, a dedicated growth equity investor in the Baltics, has successfully exited Brolis Semiconductors. This is the third successful exit completed by LitCapital I KŪB fund. LitCapital achieved return on investment exceeding 20% IRR. In 2016 LitCapital has divested its holdings in Putokšnis and Lignoterma, which also generated solid positive returns to LitCapital investors.
